    • Risk management plan monitoring, control and management
  • Applied understanding of Tier Client, EPC(M), Construction, Government contracts; including clause flow-down and requirements
  • Claims – Review of Client contract(s) and related documentation to determine the status of Client’s contract management process and the suitability of current notices/submissions made with regard to adherence to Client’s contractual workflow due process obligations.
