- Effective strategy and contract formation through the application of engineering/construction industry contracting practices, applicable government and commercial regulations and practices, policies, procedures and work practices
- Development and optimisation of contracting strategies, and related policies and approaches
- Identification of the contract baseline, including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract
- Contract Management Program development for the project per client practices and procedures
Contract & Claims Review, Analysis & Risk Management
- Effective strategy and contract formation through the application of engineering/construction industry contracting practices, applicable government and commercial regulations and practices, policies, procedures and work practices
- Development and optimisation of contracting strategies, and related policies and approaches
- Identification of the contract baseline, including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract
- Contract Management Program development for the project per client practices and procedures
Contract Administration & Management
- Existing contract review & analysis
- Identification of risk and risk opportunities resulting from ambiguities, omissions, and conflicts in the contents of documents relative to the contract (bid, proposal, proposal package, contract and amendments)
- Preparation of risk mitigation plan(s) with the project and management teams
- Risk management plan monitoring, control and management
- Applied understanding of Tier Client, EPC(M), Construction, Government contracts; including clause flow-down and requirements
- Claims – Review of Client contract(s) and related documentation to determine the status of Client’s contract management process and the suitability of current notices/submissions made with regard to adherence to Client’s contractual workflow due process obligations.
